At Key Dental, we are out of network with all insurance plans. As a courtesy, we will process your out-of-network benefits and file claims on your behalf so you may receive any eligible reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. This allows us to stay transparent with our billing policy while keeping your focus on your oral health.
At Key Dental, we offer a New Patient Special for just $149. This includes:
● A comprehensive exam
● All necessary X-rays (including CBCT and intraoral scans, if indicated)
● A basic dental cleaning (in the absence of gum disease)
This special is designed for patients without insurance or out-of-network benefits and provides a complete start to your dental care.
Absolutely! We work with several third-party financing options including Cherry, Sunbit, PatientFi, and CareCredit. We’ll go over everything after your exam—including payment plans—to help you move forward with care that fits your budget.
Key Dental is out-of-network and does not accept Medicaid or HMO insurance. That said, many of our patients still choose us—including those with limited or no out-of-network benefits—because of the doctor’s quality of care, our convenient hours, and the wide range of specialty procedures we perform in-house, like root canals and wisdom teeth extractions
Yes, we absolutely accommodate walk-ins. While walk-ins are welcome, we do encourage you to make an appointment to avoid any wait time once you arrive at our office.

For most patients, we recommend a routine dental cleaning every six months to maintain a healthy smile. These visits remove plaque and tartar buildup and allow us to monitor your overall oral health.
However, if you have signs of gum disease (periodontal disease), a standard cleaning may not be enough. In these cases, a periodontal (deep) cleaning is recommended. This involves carefully cleaning below the gumline to remove bacteria and buildup that contribute to bone and gum loss. Patients with periodontal disease usually need cleanings every 3–4 months to properly maintain their oral health.
Our team will let you know which type of cleaning is right for you and create a personalized care plan to protect your smile.
